Ornament Premiere Weekend

I got an email tonight from Hallmark. (Yes, I'm on their mailing list. Yes, I'm too lazy to unsubscribe.) The subject line: "Sneak a peek at NEW 2008 Ornaments!"
My reaction: Whiskey. Tango. Foxtrot.
It's June and their offering me a sneak peek at this year's Christmas ornaments? I suppose I should at least be grateful that they refrained from actually using the word "Christmas."

I'm looking forward to Christmas this year because I'll be a grandma for the third time. :) My daughter's due Christmas Eve. Maybe I should get the baby an ornament. :)
Christmas is totally my fav holiday (how's that for teenspeak?), but it's June! It's summer, so I ain't gonna be thinking about Christmas or ornaments.
I used to be a Mary Kay consultant, and they always said to start Christmas selling in August; otherwise, customers were going to spend their Christmas-gift money elsewhere. Good grief.
