    You are doing great! Eating better instead of focusing on a particular "diet" is the best way to go.

    to answer your post, "yes, I was the one who voted that I was doing swimmingly!".

    It took over a month to get to the point where I feel comfortable with exercise and my eating!

    I posted updates on my two blogs. I have been busy busy!!

    I decided to give myself a break!! Too tired

    I didn't exercise yesterday. After I ate dinner (fish), I went to my bedroom and I was going to take a short nap...I got up at 7:30 AM this morning, ha ha. OOOPPPSSS. I didn't even take my vitamins, I was too tired!!
